Our story
Built from nothing — taught the same way.
The Real Deal Makers started the way most of our students do: with no savings, no credit line, and no investors backing us. What we had was a repeatable system for finding motivated sellers, locking up contracts, and assigning them to cash buyers for a fee.
That first assignment fee turned into a second, then a pipeline of deals running in parallel. We personally lead the Wholesaling Mentorship program and the Self-Directed Materials library, bringing our own active deals into the room for live review.
For students focused on multifamily, the Multifamily Investing program — co-taught with Sam Sadat, an investor with over 800 units of multifamily experience — covers acquisitions and syndication.
