Do I need money or credit to start wholesaling?
No. Wholesaling means controlling a property under contract, then assigning that contract to a cash buyer for a fee. You never take ownership, so no loan, cash, or credit check is required.
Do I need a real estate license?
No — wholesaling is based on your equitable interest in a contract, not on brokering a sale for someone else. Licensing and compliance rules vary by state, and we cover how to stay compliant inside the program.
How long until I close my first deal?
It depends on your market and effort. Students who work the system consistently typically close their first assignment within 60–90 days.
Which program is right for me?
It comes down to your goal, not your experience level. Want the tools to run at your own pace? Choose Self-Directed Materials Access. Want hands-on coaching to close wholesale deals? Choose Wholesaling Mentorship. Want to scale into multifamily too? Choose Multifamily Investing.
What's the difference between the free kit and the paid programs?

Are program purchases refundable?

Is wholesaling actually legal without using my own money?
Yes — you're selling your contractual right to purchase, not the property itself. State-specific compliance rules still apply, and we cover those in the program.
What does the Multifamily Investing program add over Wholesaling Mentorship?
Multifamily underwriting models, acquisitions coaching co-taught by Sam Sadat (800+ units of multifamily experience), live deal walkthroughs, capital raise and syndication coaching, and broker/lender introductions.
